Deusch Motocomp Private Limited

Deusch Motocomp Private Limited operates out of Plot 47 in Mohila Udyami park 1, which is part of Ecotech III. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here from the main city, but the space we have is worth the drive. The industrial park is quite large and there are many different companies spread out across the area. Our building is a functional space designed for the type of component manufacturing we do. It’s not a place with plush carpets or fancy lobbies. It’s mostly concrete floors and long workbenches. We have a good group of people here who have been with us for a while. The commute can be long, so many of us share rides or take the local transport that comes through Ecotech III. The park is better than being in the congested city center because there’s more room to breathe. We have a small canteen area where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work. The machines run for most of the day, creating a steady hum that we’ve all grown used to. We keep our workspace as organized as we can, but with so many parts moving through, it’s a constant effort. Mohila Udyami park 1 is a quiet area compared to the old industrial zones. We like being at Plot 47 because it gives us the room we need to grow without being on top of our neighbors.
