Safety Supervisor

My name is part of the family of Md. Ibrahim, and we run Safety Supervisor out of our place in Kariho, which people around here call Deehtola. We are located in the Supaul district of Bihar. It is a quiet area, and our office is just part of where we live. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. We just do our work from here and go where we are needed. Being in a rural part of Bihar means we know everyone in the village. When there’s a job to do, we grab our things and head out. We handle the safety oversight for various works in the district. It’s not always easy because of the roads and the distance between places, but we make it work. Most of the time, I'm sitting at the table finishing up reports or talking to people on the phone. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Word of mouth is how people find us in Kariho. We’ve been here a long time, so people know who we are and where to find us if they have questions. The work is steady, and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We look at the sites, tell people what needs fixing, and make sure things are done right. It’s simple, honest work. We are just local people doing a job we know how to do.
