Jict Skills Development Private Limited is easy to find if you are on the Main Road in Chainsinghpatti. We are right in Ward No-07. The office is at Md. Shamsher Alam’s place, which most people in Supaul know pretty well. It’s a busy part of town because of the main road, so there is always noise from the rickshaws and bikes passing by. We like the energy of the area though. Inside, it’s just a normal office with desks and chairs. We don't have any high-end decor or a big reception desk. We just focus on getting things done. Being in Supaul means we deal with a lot of local folks every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when there is a market nearby. We’ve got a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to people. It’s better to keep things simple so everyone understands what’s going on. We see a lot of young people coming through the doors looking for help with different things. The rainy season can be a bit of a mess with the puddles on the main road, but we stay open regardless. It’s a good spot to be in because everyone has to pass by here at some point. We’re just local people trying to make a living and help out where we can.
