Siplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our office is in Quarter No-A/246, Sector-13 in Rourkela. We’re part of Siplex Infrastructures Ltd. Being in Sector-13 means we’re right in the middle of things here in Orissa. It’s an industrial town, so everyone around here knows what hard work looks like. We aren't in a big glass building. Our space is more like a regular house turned into an office. It’s a bit informal, but we get a lot of work done. We handle infrastructure projects, so there’s always a lot of coordination to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site reports. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of us have lived in Sundergarh district for a long time, so we feel right at home here. We like that people can just drop by and talk to us without any fuss. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't have any grand slogans. We just show up every morning and try to make sure everything is moving along as it should. Sometimes it’s a struggle with all the paperwork, but we manage to stay organized enough to get by. It’s just how life is in a place like Rourkela. We’re just local people doing our jobs and making things happen one step at a time.
