At Simplex Infrastructures Limited, we are located out in Rourkela, Orissa. Our office is in the Civil Township area, specifically Plot I-4/9. We’re near the Modern School and the Tarinimandir area, so we’re right in the middle of a familiar neighborhood. Being in a place like Rourkela means we’re often working on projects that involve the heavy industry or the local infrastructure needs. It’s a practical town, and we’re a practical company. We don't go in for big advertisements. We just focus on our current project and making sure it gets finished. The office is usually full of site managers and engineers talking about concrete pours and deadlines. It’s a bit of a hectic environment, but we’re used to it. We don't try to sound like we’re something we aren't. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and aren't afraid of the hard work that comes with it. The local area has a lot of history with engineering, and we feel like we’re just another part of that tradition. We’ve been here long enough that people know our name. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles. We just get our gear together and go where the work is. It’s a steady way to live, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on the concrete and the steel every single day and keep things moving for the local community.
