Simplex Infra

Our office is over at Sector 16 in Rourkela, specifically at Qrs.No-B/89. It is a standard residential quarter that we have used for Simplex Infra for many years. Orissa is a good place for our kind of work because there is always something being built. The building is not brand new and it has a bit of character. We have a small team working here. We do not use big words or try to look fancy. Most of the people we work with already know us from seeing our projects around the area. The sector is quiet enough that we can get our planning and scheduling done without too much noise. We handle all the logistics and the oversight from these rooms. Sometimes the heat in Rourkela gets really bad in the summer, but we have a fan and we just keep going. Our pin code is 769003 for anyone who needs to send us documents. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of the site supervisors or an engineer is sitting there checking the maps. We like it this way because it keeps us close to the labor and the materials. It is a very practical setup with no nonsense involved. We just keep our tools and blueprints here and get on with the daily tasks.
