Shree Balaji Minetech Resources Pvt. Ltd. is based at W/2 in the Civil Township. It’s a fairly quiet part of the area, which we like. We’ve been here for some years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t have a big fancy office building with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can do our work. We deal with mining technology and resources. It’s technical work, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. Most of the time, we are busy with reports or talking to people on the phone. Civil Township is a nice location because it’s easy for people to get to. W/2 is our specific spot. We don't have any marketing people or anyone like that. We are just the folks who run the business. We try to be honest and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes we have a busy week, other times it’s a bit slower. That’s just the nature of what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families at the end of the day. Shree Balaji Minetech Resources Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of us working together. We’ve built up some good relationships in the town over the years. It’s a good way to live.
