P U Architects

If you walk down Panposh Road in Rourkela, you will find P U Architects on the first floor of the Dangua Complex. We are right beside the ICICI Bank, which makes it easy to explain our location to people who haven't visited before. The Civil Township area is usually quite active, and our office is right in the middle of it all. We spend most of our mornings sitting at our desks with rolls of paper and computers, trying to figure out how to make a space work better for someone. It’s not always quiet in here; there is usually someone talking on the phone or a debate happening over where a wall should go. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot over the years. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick tea or to grab something from the local shops when the afternoon slump hits. The office has a lot of natural light, which helps when you are staring at blueprints for hours. We handle all sorts of design requests, from small houses to bigger commercial spots. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know how to draw and plan. Dealing with the local building codes can be a headache sometimes, but it is part of the routine. We just try to do honest work and help folks get their buildings started without too much fuss or delay.
