We are located in the Missionhatta area of Rajgangpur, right at Ramesh Singh’s place. It is a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of Sundargarh. Missionhatta has its own character, with its mix of homes and small businesses. Being here at Ocl India Limited, we feel like we are part of the local fabric. We aren't tucked away in some industrial park; we are right in the neighborhood. Our office is simple and functional. There aren't any bright lights or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to keep things running. The post office is nearby, which is handy for all the mail we send out. We know the people who walk past our door every day. Sometimes we stop for a quick chat about the weather or local news. It is a very human way to work. We don't follow a strict corporate manual.
