Down at number 782 in the Ocl Colony, things are pretty much the same as the rest of Rajgangpur. It is a steady kind of place. We are part of the Sundargarh landscape, surrounded by the hills and the industrial sites that define this part of Orissa. Our office is just a practical space. We have our desks set up and we deal with the daily flow of business as it comes. It is not a fancy glass building like you might see in Bhubaneswar or Delhi. It is just a sturdy house in a colony where we have set up shop. The people working here have been with Ocl India Limited for years. We know the local shopkeepers and the postman by name. There isn't any rush here to be the biggest or the loudest. We just focus on what needs to be done today. Sometimes the heat in Orissa can be a bit much, but we have our coolers running and we keep going. The colony is a safe, quiet place to work, far away from the noise of the main highways. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people who know their jobs and do them every day without needing a lot of attention. It is a quiet existence but it keeps the wheels turning for the company in this corner of the world.
