Ntpc. Limited. Sipt Super Thermal Power Project

This is the Ntpc Limited Sipt project office located in Sundargarh, Orissa. Specifically, we’re over at Mr. Alok Pani's place near the D.I.E.T. in Shankara. It’s a bit of a unique setup because of how we’re situated, but it works for what we need to do for the Super Thermal Power Project. Being out here in Sundargarh means we’re close to where the action is. The work can be a bit dusty sometimes, and the roads aren't always the smoothest, but we get to the office every morning. We’re mostly focused on the Sipt project details here. There’s a lot of coordination involved between different departments. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints or site reports. It’s a busy environment but not in a stressed-out way. We just keep moving forward with the project goals. The locals around Shankara are used to seeing us coming and going. We eat our lunch together and talk about how the construction is progressing. It’s a practical workplace. No one is here to show off; we’re just here to get the power project moving. Sometimes we stay late when there's a deadline, but mostly we stick to a regular routine. It’s a vital part of the energy work in this region, and we’re glad to be the ones on the ground in Orissa handling it. Every day brings a new set of challenges to solve.
