Mahakali Ispat Pvt. Ltd., Rourkela, Orissa

Mahakali Ispat is based out of Rourkela, right in Sector 18. If you know the city, you know it’s all about the steel plants and the work that comes with them. Our office is at Qrs. No D/151, which is part of the residential quarters area. It makes it easy for us to stay close to the work. Being in Orissa, especially in the Sundargarh district, means we are right in the middle of the industrial belt. The air always has that smell of metal and machinery. We have been operating from this Sector 18 address for quite a bit. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy receptionists or big signs. Just some desks, chairs, and the sound of the ceiling fans. Rourkela is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but the people here are hardworking. We spend most of our time dealing with iron and steel supplies and making sure the lorries are loaded correctly. It’s noisy and dusty work, but it is what we do. Our team is small, mostly locals who have lived in these quarters for years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the shift ends. It is honest work in a busy industrial town. There are always trucks moving in and out of the sector, so it stays pretty loud until late at night.
