Larsen & Toubro Limited

We are located out in Kansbahal, near the Shiv Mandir. This area is close to Rourkela but feels a bit more separated from the main city rush. Larsen & Toubro Limited has a big presence here. The site is quite large, and it takes a while to walk from one end to the other. You can see the temple from nearby, which is a nice landmark for people who aren't from around here. The work day starts early. There are a lot of people coming in for their shifts. It’s a busy place with a lot of machinery and heavy equipment moving around. We don't have the typical office vibe here; it feels more like a place where things are actually built. The dust and the noise are part of the daily life at this Kansbahal location. We have been here for many years. Even though the name is well known, for those of us on the ground, it’s just our daily workplace. We take our breaks together and talk about the weekend or the weather. The Shiv Mandir is where many people go during their time off. It’s a landmark that anchors this whole spot. Being near Rourkela means we get what we need fairly easily, but we are still in our own little world out here. It's a lot of work, but it's what we do every single day. We just focus on the tasks we're given and try to get things done right.
