Our office is located in Rourkela, in the state of Orissa. We are in the Koelnagar area, at house number C/158. The post office is Shaktinagar, and we are right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix. Rourkela is known for being a steel city, so there is always a lot of industrial energy around. We handle the project work for IVRCL from this building. It’s a solid, simple structure that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, we have our desks and all the project files we need to keep track of. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular office space where we can focus on our tasks. Sundargarh district has a lot of infrastructure needs, and we are here to manage our part of that. Some days we have many visitors, and other days it’s just the staff quietly working on reports. The Koelnagar area is quite nice, with some trees around and a bit of a neighborhood feel. We’ve been operating out of this address for a long time. It feels like a home base for our local team. We just keep things practical and honest, doing the daily grind of project management without any of the fancy trimmings you might see in a big city office. We just make sure the work gets done correctly.
