We are located at HIG-33 in Kalinga Bihar. INSHAAN CORPORATION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just a small operation run by local people who wanted to do something for themselves in this part of town. The office is right where we live and breathe, so there’s no big corporate disconnect between us and the people we talk to. Kalinga Bihar is a decent area, and having the office here makes it easy to keep overhead low and focus on the actual tasks at hand. We don’t have a front desk person or a waiting room with old magazines. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us working on whatever project is currently on the table. We handle a variety of things depending on what people need, and we try to keep our explanations simple. No one likes listening to long speeches filled with words they don't use in real life. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just part of life here in Orissa, and we work around it like everyone else does. We aren't promising anything impossible. We just offer a steady hand with the work we know how to do. It’s a quiet life here at HIG-33, but we keep busy enough to stay out of trouble and keep the business moving forward one day at a time.
