We are located at Bl 6 79 in the Ocl Colony area of Sundergarh. It’s a pretty established part of town here in Orissa, and our office has been a part of it for some time now. We handle life insurance, which basically means we spend our days dealing with a lot of forms and computer screens. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit plain, just some desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We get a mix of people coming in—some are young and just starting out, others are older and looking to secure things for their kids. We don't try to give them a big sales pitch. We just talk like regular people and explain how the insurance works in plain English. Sometimes the humidity in Sundergarh makes everything feel a bit sluggish, but we keep moving through the pile of work on our desks. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the colony. It’s a very grounded atmosphere here. There are no corporate scripts to follow, just honest conversations with neighbors who need to get their insurance sorted out. We just show up, do the paperwork, and try to make sure everything is in order before we close up for the evening.
