You can find us over in Chhend Basti. It’s a lively part of the area, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been part of this neighborhood for a good while. The office is tucked away, so it stays relatively peaceful despite the noise from the main road. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who show up every day to keep things moving. The desks are a bit old, and the chairs squeak a little, but they get the job done. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to happen before the evening. There isn't much formality here. If someone has a question, they just shout across the room. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. The locals know where we are if they ever need to drop off a letter or just say hello. Sometimes the dust from the street gets inside, so we spend a few minutes every morning wiping things down. It is just a normal place where people work hard. We don't have a website that looks like it cost a fortune, and we don't have a big lobby with a coffee machine. We just have our space and our tasks. It’s been our base for years, and we’ve grown used to the quirks of the building and the rhythm of Chhend.
