Bems Kakrolia

We are located at Cl/3 Basanti Colony in Rourkela, Orissa. If you’ve ever been to Rourkela, you know it’s a steel city through and through, and it has a very specific feel to it. Basanti Colony is a nice enough place to be based, and we’ve been here for a while now. Bems Kakrolia is a small name compared to some of the industrial giants around here, but we like it that way because it keeps things personal. It’s a local business feel through and through. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and the usual supplies you’d expect. We don’t go in for all those polished corporate speeches or marketing talk. We just talk like normal people do. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Orissa for a long time. The pace of life is a bit different than the big metros like Mumbai or Delhi, and we appreciate that slower rhythm. We work hard, sure, but we also take time to chat and have a tea. It’s a very practical environment. We handle what comes our way and try not to make a big deal out of it. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the fans and the shade. We’re just a group of people in Rourkela trying to make a living and do a good job. It’s not complicated, and we don't want it to be. We just stay busy.
