Abide Ventures Private Limited is located in Rourkela, specifically in Chhend Colony. We are at L 18, Phase I, which is a nice residential area of the city. Being in Sundargarh-769015 means we are part of a community that has a lot of history. Our office isn't in a commercial tower. It’s actually in a building that feels a lot more like a home. This makes it a pretty relaxed place to work. We don't have a formal dress code or any of those corporate rules. It’s mostly just us sitting around our desks, getting through the work that needs to be done for the day. Chhend Colony is a good place to be because it’s not too loud, though you still get the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We have our computers and our files, and that’s about it. There’s no fancy art on the walls or a coffee bar. We just make our own tea and keep going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big title or a flashy office. We’re just a private limited company trying to make things work from Phase I. Rourkela is a solid city, and we’re happy to have our base here. It’s a straightforward, honest setup, and we don’t think it needs to be anything more than that. It’s just where we spend our working hours.
