Aastha Mother And Childcare Hospital

We are over in the Nidhi Hotel Complex on Power House Road. It’s a bit of a funny place for a hospital, being in a complex like that, but it works for us. Since we handle mother and childcare, there’s usually the sound of kids crying or playing somewhere in the building. It’s never truly quiet, even in the middle of the night. The walls have some colorful stickers on them to make it look a bit friendlier for the children, but they’re starting to peel off here and there. We have a lot of strollers parked near the entrance which can make it hard to get through. The hallway is often blocked by someone talking to their relatives on the phone. It’s a very human place. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a water feature. We just have a desk and some chairs where people wait their turn. Power House Road can get quite noisy with all the trucks and bikes zooming past. Sometimes we have to close the windows just to hear each other speak. The staff is used to the chaos of babies and tired parents. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans to show off. We just try to get the weighing scales to work and keep the records straight. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but honest operation. Most people just go to the hotel complex nearby if they want a real meal or a break.
