Urbanspace Realtors Private Limited is located in Rourkela on Lal Building Road. We are based out of Santosh Kumar Sinha’s place in the Telgubasti area. Being in the real estate business here means we spend a lot of our time walking through different neighborhoods and looking at plots of land. Our office is a simple space with some old files and a couple of computers. It is not the kind of place with a fancy lobby. We mostly work with local folks who are looking for a place to stay or a bit of land to buy. Rourkela is a growing place, so there is always something new to look at. We don't have a big team of agents in suits. It is just us, and we usually wear whatever is comfortable for being out in the sun. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork at the local offices, which can be a slow process sometimes. We try to be honest about what we find and what the prices are. There are no polished speeches here. We just tell people the facts and let them decide. The road outside can get pretty dusty, and the traffic is a bit much in the evenings, but it is a good spot to be. People know us in Telgubasti and they know they can just walk in and ask us a question.
