SJD HOSPITALITY LLP

SJD Hospitality is based in the Civil Township area of Rourkela. Our specific spot is CCC-30. If you know Rourkela, you know the Civil Township is a pretty established part of town. It’s not too far from the main markets, which is convenient for us. We operate as an LLP, mostly focusing on hospitality projects. The office itself is quite plain. We have a couple of rooms where we do all our planning and accounting. Sundargarh can get really hot in the summer, so we usually try to get our outdoor work done early in the morning. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who have been working together for a while. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best materials. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting around a small table discussing the next steps for our projects. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We've been in the 769004 area for a bit now and we like the pace of life here. It’s steady and people are generally straightforward. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the bills. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the logs, but mostly we try to get home for dinner.
