Priyank Developers is located on Power House Road, specifically at Gita Villa. It’s a well-known spot near the Bisra Daha R Road intersection. Sunil Kumar Agarwal runs things from here. The office is part of the villa, so it’s got a very personal, local feel to it. We don’t have a big corporate board or fancy glass partitions. Instead, we have a few desks and a lot of folders full of property documents. Working on Power House Road means we are right in the middle of things, which is great for meeting clients but can be a bit loud with the traffic. We spend our time developing local projects and trying to make sure everything is built according to the plans. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and city officials. We don’t use any polished sales talk; we just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, which they often are. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are delays with the electricity or the water connections, but we just handle it. It’s a practical business run by real people who know the area well.
