Down on the Main Road in Raj Gangapur, you can find the office for Om Agencies. It’s a pretty central spot in the district, so there is always something going on outside our door. The office is just a small room where we keep our papers and talk to anyone who walks in. We have been working out of this building for several years now. It has some cracks in the walls and the paint is peeling a bit, but it serves us just fine for what we do. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the business well. Most days are spent on the phone or writing things down in our ledgers. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window. We usually keep a fan running to stay cool. There is a lot of dust that comes off the main road, so we are always dusting off the desks. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a place that stays open for the people here in town. If you pass by the tea stall on the corner, we are just a few doors down from there. We keep regular hours, but sometimes we stay late if the work piles up. It is just a basic operation where we try to be honest and straightforward with everyone who comes through.
