If you go down Bisra Road and head into Mahulpalli, you’ll find us at Plot No. 1784. Navdurga Realty Ventures has its office here, and it’s a busy little spot. We are listed under Khata No. 492/97, but most locals just know us as the realty guys on the corner. The office gets a lot of dust from the main road, so we are always wiping down the desks in the morning before we start. We handle land deals and property ventures around this part of town. It’s a lot of work involving maps, measurements, and dealing with the local office for registration. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign while they are driving past. We spend our days meeting with farmers or landowners and then trying to find the right people to buy those plots. It’s a lot of talking and sometimes things take a long time to get finished. We have a small cooler for water and a few plastic chairs for visitors. It’s a simple operation where we just try to be clear about what’s happening with the land. We know this area very well because we live and work right here. When the sun goes down, we lock up and head home, just like everyone else on Bisra Road. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
