We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just a place where we keep the farm records and meet with people who are interested in what we are growing. Civil Township is a nice part of town, so it is usually easy for people to stop by and find us. We have a few desks and some maps of the farm plots pinned to the walls. It isn’t a very big team working here. We mostly focus on the day-to-day operations and making sure we have enough seed and fertilizer ready for the next season. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and local files, but we manage to stay on top of it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there or anything. We just want to do a decent job with the land we have. The address Q12 is pretty easy to remember. We don’t have a receptionist at the front, so if you knock and nobody answers right away, we are probably out at the fields or checking on equipment. We like the quiet of the office compared to the noise of the machinery. It’s a place to think and plan our next steps. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us. We just keep moving forward, one season at a time, without any fuss.
