Our business, Caster Wheelbhp Digital Media (Opc) Private Limited, is located at Pal House in Madhusudanpalli. This is over in Rourkela, pin code 769013. We are basically working out of a residential-style building called Pal House, at the address RAY/0253. It’s not your typical high-rise office. It feels more like a home that we converted into a workspace. We have been here for a bit and it works well for a digital media company. Most of the time it is just us sitting around with our laptops. There isn't any fancy signage or big reception area when you walk in. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Rourkela is a good place to be, and Madhusudanpalli has its own character. We like the fact that it is not too loud but still feels like part of the city. We don't really follow a strict corporate dress code or have those long, boring meetings you hear about. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. Sometimes we take breaks and just chat for a while before getting back to the screens. It is a very relaxed environment, which helps when you are doing creative digital work. We are just a small team trying to make a name for ourselves without making things too complicated. That is basically us in a nutshell, just working out of Pal House.
