Jain Agencies is right across from the Main Post Office in Naya Bazaar. If you are in Sunam you probably know exactly where that is. It is a very busy spot especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to mail letters or packages. We are in the At Post/ Tahsil - Sunam area of Sangrur district. The market here is always full of life. There are sounds of horns and people shouting and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. Our shop is simple. We have shelves lined with whatever we are stocking that week. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who walk in just to say hello. It is that kind of place. Sangrur can get really hot so we have a couple of fans going all day long. They make a lot of noise but they help. Jain Agencies has been a part of Naya Bazaar for many years. We have seen shops come and go but we are still here in the same spot. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We handle our business the old-fashioned way with a ledger and a pen. It is a bit slow sometimes but we like it. The Post Office across the street is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. We just keep on doing what we do every day.
