Kistoorchand Mistry Industries

Talk about the Pali Road workshop. It's hot outside sometimes. We are right by the Mansrovar Hotel. People come by when they see the sign. We do a lot of work with our hands at Kistoorchand Mistry Industries. It's not fancy. The floor is usually covered in metal bits or wood shavings. We just get the job done. Sometimes we drink tea while waiting for a delivery. It's a small place. My father started things or maybe it was just always here. We don't change much. The neighbors know us. If you get lost, just look for the hotel. We are right there. The building is old but strong. We work till the sun goes down. It's a busy street. Lots of cars go past to the hotel. We mostly stay inside and focus on what’s on the table. It’s hard work, but we like it. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of oil. We don't have a big office. Just a desk in the corner with a lot of papers. Sometimes the phone rings and nobody picks it up because we're busy out back. That's just how it goes here. We try to keep things organized but it doesn't always happen. Anyway, if you're on Pali Road, you'll see us. We've been at this address for years and don't plan on moving. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. It's a simple life for us here.
