Mayur Agarwal Travels

Mayur Agarwal Travels is located right on the City Main Road. We are situated opposite the Mangal Club Circle, which is a very busy landmark around here. There is always a lot of honking and people rushing about outside our windows. We have a small office with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The walls are covered with some old maps and a calendar that is usually a month behind. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking schedules. It gets quite hectic when people are trying to make plans all at once. We do not have a big corporate setup. It is just us in this room trying to keep everything organized. The Mangal Club Circle is a good spot because everyone knows it, so we do not have to give long directions. Sometimes the computers are slow, which can be frustrating when we are in a hurry. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit but it helps when the afternoon sun hits the front glass. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep our energy up. Our neighbors are mostly other small shops, so we know most of the people on this stretch of City Main Road. We just keep track of the bookings and make sure the drivers know where they are going. It is a lot of coordination and we do our best.
