We are located at 121 Chedalath, here in Wayanad. It is a lot quieter here than in the big cities, which is exactly why we like it. We do a mix of technical work and support for people in the area. Our shop is not much to look at from the outside, but we have all the tools we need to get the job done. In a place like Wayanad, you get to know your customers by name pretty quickly. We handle things like computer repairs, software setup, and sometimes some networking for local offices. It is a lot of sitting at a workbench with a screwdriver or looking at a screen for hours. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets flaky because of the weather, but that is just part of living in the hills. We do not go in for fancy advertising or making big promises. People just bring their broken tech to us, and we tell them straight if we can fix it or if it is better to just get something new. It is a slow pace of life compared to the coast, and we would not have it any other way. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and talking to the neighbors who drop by for a chat.
