SHRISH CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Shrish Constructions Private Limited is a bit different because we work out of Flat No. 7 in Khatana Apartment, which is House No. 112 in Sultanpur. It’s more of a home-office setup, which keeps things feeling very personal and grounded. We handle construction projects around this part of South Delhi. Since we are in a residential building, we don't have a big sign or a lobby; people just come by when they need to discuss a build. We started this because we like the hands-on part of construction—the actual digging and building. We aren't corporate people who sit in boardrooms all day. Most of our time is spent talking to laborers or checking on the quality of the sand and bricks arriving at a site. It’s a lot of physical work and constant checking to make sure nothing is being done halfway. We keep our overhead low so we can focus on the actual building part. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the apartment with all the files and samples, but it works for us. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just show up and do what we said we would do. If someone has a question, they usually just call my mobile directly or knock on the door. That’s just the way we like to run things here in Sultanpur. It's honest work for local people and we enjoy doing it.
