It is a quiet area compared to the main towns, mostly surrounded by fields and small houses. Finding us can be tricky if you aren't from around here, but just ask for Pravin’s house and someone will point you the right way. The building is a basic one-story structure. We deal with emergencies, so things can get a bit hectic at odd hours of the night. There is a small light above the door that stays on all the time. Inside, we have a couple of beds and some basic equipment for when things go wrong. It is a small team here. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything like that, just a kettle for tea in the back room. The walls are painted a pale blue that has faded over the years. We spend a lot of time waiting for the next person to arrive, but when they do, everyone moves fast. Sultanpur is a tight-knit community, so we see a lot of the same faces.
