Narayan Brick Fields

Narayan Brick Fields is located right in Ward No.2 of Village Naranyanpur. We are pretty close to the post office, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. Living and working in the village means we are always around our neighbors. We’ve been making bricks here for quite a while. It’s a routine that doesn’t change much from year to year. We dig, we shape, we dry, and we fire them. The seasons dictate how much we can get done. During the monsoon, the whole field turns into a bit of a swamp, so we have to plan ahead and stock up before the rains start. In the summer, it gets incredibly hot near the kilns, but we just drink plenty of water and keep going. My father used to say that bricks are the bones of a house, and we take that seriously in our own way. We don't use big words or fancy sales pitches. If you need bricks, you come to Naranyanpur and see what we’ve got sitting in the stacks. We help load up the carts or trucks, and that’s about it. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of the tractors. We are just a local business trying to do right by the people in our village and the surrounding areas. We stay busy with the work and don't worry much about the rest.
