Being out here in Jagdishpur is different from being in the middle of a town. It is mostly factories and warehouses around us, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out. We set up here because it makes sense for the kind of infrastructure work we do. It’s a dusty place and you won't find any fancy decorations in our office. We are more interested in what’s happening on the ground than how the office looks. Most of the time, we are busy coordinating with people across the industrial area or checking on supplies. Jagdishpur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the power cuts and the heat, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are an LLP, which sounds official, but really it is just a handful of us making sure the projects get finished. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know we are based in Kamrauli and trust us to handle the job. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving forward as best as we can in this busy industrial zone. It is a lot of hard work but we are used to it.
