We are located over at 1370/8 in Vivekanad Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet part of the area, though it picks up in the afternoons. Our place isn't very large, just enough room for the desk and the stock we keep on hand. Most of our days are spent handling orders and talking to people on the phone. The address, 1370/8, is easy enough to find if you know the main landmarks in Vivekanad Nagar. We aren't really into big signs or anything flashy. It's just a regular agency where we keep track of things. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially when things come in all at once. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn’t affect the work we do. We mostly just focus on getting things shipped out or sorted. It’s a lot of sitting and checking lists. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is in the right place. The neighborhood is mostly houses and other small businesses like ours. You can hear the kids playing outside sometimes. We usually close up around six or so, depending on how much we have left to do. It’s a decent place to work and we know the neighbors pretty well by now. We don't do much marketing, just handle the business as it comes in.
