Krishna Hospital

Out in the BHEL Industrial Area, on Road No 2, you’ll find Krishna Hospital. This part of town is full of big warehouses and factories, so it feels very different from the residential areas. There are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. We are located right on Road No 2, which is a wide street but gets very dusty with all the industrial traffic. Our building fits right in with the surroundings—it’s practical and solid. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. Instead, it’s just a straightforward entrance leading to the different rooms. The floor is made of grey stone that stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We have some wooden benches for people to wait on, and the walls are mostly bare except for some basic signs. A lot of our visitors are workers from the nearby plants or people who live in the colonies around here. The staff knows the rhythm of the industrial shifts, so we know when it’s going to be busy and when it’ll be quiet. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise of a passing truck. It’s a hardworking kind of place. We just focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s where we are every day.
