Our office for D.R.Gaur Projects Pvt.Ltd. is at D-24 in the Sector-4 Industrial Area of Jagdishpur. Being located in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise from trucks and machinery nearby. We have been in this part of Sultanpur for quite a while. The building is just a functional block that fits in with all the other businesses around us. Inside, we keep things very simple. We have our desks, some old chairs for when people stop by, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We focus mainly on industrial projects, so we spend a lot of our time out on the sites wearing dusty boots and hard hats. When we are actually in the office, it is usually to handle logistics or talk to our suppliers about deliveries. The tea guy comes around a couple of times a day, and that is usually when we take a break from the phones. We do not use any corporate jargon or give big presentations. If someone wants to know what we are working on, they usually just walk in and ask us directly. The dust from the industrial area seems to settle on everything, so we are constantly wiping down our desks and keyboards. It is a hardworking environment, and we do what needs to be done to keep our projects on schedule. We are just a regular part of the local industrial community here in Uttar Pradesh.
