Design 4 U Construction Private Limited

We are located in the Gabhariya area of Sultanpur. To be specific, we operate out of Gora Barik, at the place of Mohd Rizwan Khan. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the major cities. Sultanpur is a growing district and we are right in the middle of it. Our work is all about construction. We deal with the day-to-day reality of getting things built, which means a lot of dirt, sweat, and long hours. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of paper. Most of our clients are local people looking to build a house or maybe a small shop. We sit down with them and figure out what can be done with the budget they have. Sometimes it’s a struggle with the supply of materials or getting enough workers on a Monday morning, but we manage. The office is a bit cluttered with samples of tiles and paint charts. It feels like a real workspace because it is. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to get the design and the building part right. Life in Gabhariya is steady. You get to know the neighbors and the other tradesmen around. We’ve been doing this for some time now and we understand how things work in this part of Uttar Pradesh. It's a lot of hard work but we don't mind it.
