Bluearrow Infracity Private Limited is a local company through and through. We work on projects around the village and the surrounding areas. It’s a bit different than working in the big city. Things move a little slower here, which we don't mind. We spend a lot of time outdoors, walking the land and figuring out where things should go. Our office is simple, just a room with some chairs and a table where we can talk. We know pretty much everyone in Faridpur. Most of our workers live right nearby. We don’t use any fancy corporate talk. We just tell you what we can do and how long it’ll take. Sometimes we’re delayed because of the harvest or a local festival, but we always get the job done. It’s more about the community here than just business. We take pride in seeing a new road or a small building go up because we know it helps the people we see every day. The air is a bit cleaner out here, though the roads can be a mess after a heavy rain. We just take it day by day. It’s a good life, working with people you know in a place you grew up in.
