The office is where we do all the boring stuff like permits and accounts, but we prefer being out on the sites. We do infrastructure work, which basically means we’re involved in the heavy stuff that helps the city run. It is messy, loud, and often very stressful. We started this company because we wanted to build things our own way. We aren't a massive firm with a hundred offices. It’s just us and our crews. Managing a construction project in this part of UP involves a lot of patience. You have to deal with the mud during the monsoon and the baking heat in the summer. We don’t have a polished corporate image. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of grit. We’ve had projects that went smooth and others that were a total nightmare, but we always finish what we start. Arjunganj is growing so fast, and being part of that growth is interesting. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep working for another twenty years. We’re just regular people who know how to manage a project without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
