Shivam Bio Plantation

Out here in Sukheda, things move at a bit of a slower pace than the city. We’re part of the Ratlam district, and Shivam Bio Plantation is right in the middle of it. It’s mostly dirt roads and open space around here. We spend a lot of time outside or checking on things in the dirt. It’s hard work, and your boots usually end up pretty messy by noon. There isn't a fancy lobby or a receptionist at a desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone with dirt under their fingernails just trying to finish a task. We’ve been in Sukheda for a long time. Everyone knows where the plantation is. It’s just what we do. The weather dictates most of our schedule, so if it rains, things change fast. We don’t have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. It’s just me writing this down because we needed a description. Shivam Bio Plantation is basically just a group of us working with the land every day. Some days are longer than others, especially when the sun is really beating down. We don’t complain much, though. It’s just the job. Ratlam is a good place to be for this kind of thing. We just focus on the plants and the soil and hope for a decent season. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from sunrise until it gets too dark to see.
