Padhan Traders

If you find yourself in Ward No 7 in Rampur, you’ll likely see our place near the Padam Dhramkanta. We’ve been operating as traders here for a good while. Being near the weighbridge means there’s always trucks and tractors moving around, which keeps the area lively. We deal with various goods that the local community needs. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff from the trucks to the warehouse. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. We just want to make sure the people in Rampur have a place to get their supplies without any fuss. The shop usually smells like the dust from the road and the different materials we have stacked up. Sometimes the accounts get a bit messy on busy days, but we always figure it out by the end of the week. Most of the time, you'll find one of us sitting on a stool near the entrance, chatting with the drivers or the neighbors. We don't do fancy promotions. If people need something, they know where we are. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’ve seen the town change a bit over the years, but our corner near the dhramkanta stays pretty much the same. We just take it day by day and try to keep the shelves stocked with what's actually useful.
