Our place is located at 3/202-1 in M. Pudhur, near the M. Reddiapatty Post in Virudhunagar District. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is something we actually prefer. The area is more open and you can actually breathe out here compared to the crowded town centers. We operate from a fairly large plot where we handle the various parts of our business. It isn’t a shiny new facility with glass walls; it’s a practical site designed for the work we do every day. The weather out here can get pretty intense during the summer, so we usually start early to get the bulk of the work done before it gets too hot. Our team is mostly made up of people from the nearby villages and towns. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything complicated like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure things are moving through the process correctly. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit rough after a heavy rain, which can slow things down, but we just deal with it as it happens. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and most people know us by sight. It’s a quiet life in many ways, but there is always plenty of work to keep us occupied. We just keep things simple and honest in our daily routine out here. We don't need much more than that.
