We’re over at 1, A C S Nagar in Rettavaaikal. It’s a pretty quiet spot, which is nice for a change. We deal with home security systems, mostly alarms and cameras for houses around here. It’s not a complicated business, but it takes a lot of patience to get the angles right on a camera. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us. We started out after realizing that a lot of people in the area were asking about simple ways to protect their front doors. We don't have a big polished office. It’s more like a workshop where we test out the bells and whistles. Sometimes we’re out all day installing systems in new houses, and other times we’re just here answering the phone. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If a sensor is broken, we replace it. If you need a camera on your gate, we put one there. That’s really all there is to it. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the streets and the people. Being in A C S Nagar is convenient for us to get around. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone sees a neighbor with one of our setups and gives us a call. We like keeping it local and simple.
