Visen Industries Ltd

Visen Industries Ltd is located at Plot D2 in the Sipcot Industrial Park in Mambakkam. Working in an industrial park like Sipcot is a bit different than being in a regular town. Everything is much bigger and there are a lot of trucks moving in and out of the main gates all day long. Our plot is a busy place where the machines are almost always running. It gets quite loud inside the facility, so we have to shout a bit sometimes just to be heard over the hum of the equipment. Most of us wear heavy boots and work clothes because the floor can get greasy or dusty depending on what we are doing that day. We have a small break area where we sit when the shifts change over. Mambakkam can get really hot, and the metal roof of the building doesn't help much, but we have big fans to keep the air moving. We aren't really into making things look pretty for visitors; we just care about making sure the production lines don't stop and that the maintenance is done on time. It is a lot of physical labor and staying on your feet for hours. We have a good group of people here who have been with us for a long time and know the machines inside and out. It is just honest industrial work.
