Our place, Koyama Precision Works India Pvt Ltd., is out on Plot No. 9 in the Sipcot Industrial Park. It is located in Vallam Vadagal Village, which is part of the Sriperumbudur area in Kancheepuram. This whole region is filled with big factories and industrial sites, and we are just one of the many businesses operating here. Our building is a standard industrial unit where we focus on precision work. It can get pretty loud with all the machinery running, and the air smells like cooling oil most of the time. We aren't a company that does a lot of talking or marketing. We mostly stay inside the plant and focus on the technical side of things. The commute out to Sriperumbudur can be long for some of us, but this is where the industry is, so we make it work. We have a set routine every day to make sure the machines are maintained and the output is consistent. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors; usually, guests just meet us in the small office area near the entrance. We have been at this plot for a few years, and we have seen the industrial park grow quite a bit in that time. We just keep doing our part. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or rain, but the work always gets done eventually.
