Down in the Sipcot Industrial Growth Center, we have our setup at A-7. It is out in Oragadam, near the Mathur Post area in Sriperumpudur. It's a pretty large industrial zone, so there is always some kind of construction or heavy truck moving around nearby. We spend our hours focused on the production lines and keeping everything moving. The walk from the main gate can be a bit long in the heat, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s all about the rhythm of the work. We deal with various spare parts and components every single day. It isn't always quiet here, especially when the big machines are running full tilt. We have a lot of people coming in for different shifts, so there's always someone around. Most of us have been working in this area for a long time and we know the local shops for lunch quite well. There isn't much to say about the office part of things; it’s just desks and paperwork like anywhere else. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the shop floor gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. Just the equipment and the parts we handle day in and day out. That’s pretty much the story of our days here in Sriperumpudur.
