Hsi Automotives Pvt. Ltd. is located at number 73, Thandalam Post in Mevalurkuppam. We are right in the heart of the Sriperumbudur area, which everyone knows is big for cars and factories. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we’re used to the ride by now. The facility is large and can get quite loud once all the machines are running. There’s always the smell of oil and metal in the air. We aren't a small shop; it’s a proper industrial setup. Even though the name sounds a bit official, the people here are just regular folks. We wear our uniforms and follow the shift schedules. The canteen food is okay, mostly rice and sambar, and that’s where we do most of our talking. Outside, the landscape is mostly other big plants and dusty roads. We’ve seen this whole area grow from almost nothing into a giant industrial hub. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running on time. We don't use much marketing because our work speaks for itself through the parts we make. There’s no fancy lobby with plants here. It’s just rows of machinery and people focused on their stations. Most of us have been in the automotive line for years. It’s a tough job sometimes, standing on your feet for hours, but it’s steady. We just show up, do our shifts, and head home to our families in the evening.
