We have been here at 744 Gandhi Road for a good while now. It is a busy spot in Sriperumbudur, and most folks around here know where we are located. Dealing with cars and machines is what we do every day. It is usually greasy work, but that is just how it goes in this line of business. People bring in their vehicles when something sounds wrong or just won’t start. We take a look, see what is actually broken, and try to get it sorted out. Sometimes it is a quick fix, other times we are waiting on parts for a few days. That is just the nature of the work. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have tools scattered around and the floor has its fair share of oil stains, but we know where everything is kept. Sriperumbudur has changed a lot since we started, with more traffic and bigger buildings coming up all the time. But Gandhi Road stays pretty much the same. We see the same faces coming by, whether they need a part or just want to ask a question about their engine. We don’t really do big ads. Most people just walk in or hear about us from a neighbor who had their tractor or car fixed here before. It is hard work, especially when it gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep at it. Keeping things running is basically what the day looks like for us. We just open up and see what comes in.
